Shipping Policy

Lazzito delivers across India. Orders ship from our facility in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Order Processing

Standard orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. Standard transit normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends and public holidays.

If there is an unexpected delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay.

Delivery

The estimated delivery time and applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and available shipping service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Regional restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our standard shipping charges are:

Karnataka

  • ₹79 for orders below ₹699
  • Free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above

Rest of India

  • ₹99 for orders below ₹699
  • Free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above

Applicable shipping charges shown at checkout will be the final shipping charges for the order.

Bangalore local delivery

Eligible Bangalore PIN codes may receive local delivery under separate rates and timing shown at checkout: ₹49 for orders below ₹400, ₹29 from ₹400 to below ₹699, and free local delivery on orders of ₹699 and above. Eligible orders placed by 4 PM may receive same-day delivery; later orders are normally delivered the next day.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address or contact information provided is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges or other consequences may apply.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver only to addresses within India. We do not ship internationally.
