What are Lazzito dosa mixes made from?
Lazzito dosa mixes are built around familiar Indian grains and ingredients, prepared to make everyday dosa simpler. See the ingredient panel on each pack for the complete current formulation.
Do Lazzito dosa mixes need fermentation?
No. Our dosa preparation is designed without fermentation. Mix the batter, let it rest for about 10 minutes, then cook.
How many dosas can I make from a 500g pack?
Approximately 12–15 dosas, as stated on the pack. Actual yield can vary with dosa size and batter thickness.
Are the chutneys powders or ready-to-eat chutneys?
They are chutney powders. Add water, adjust the consistency to your preference, blend well and serve.
How do I prepare the dosa batter?
Use 1 cup dosa mix, 1–1.3 cups water and 2 tbsp curd. Mix into a smooth batter and rest for 10 minutes.
How long should I rest the batter?
About 10 minutes is enough. No fermentation is needed.
How do I make the dosa crisp?
Heat the tawa for about 2 minutes, lightly grease it, spread the batter evenly and cook until the dosa reaches the crispness you like.
How do I prepare the chutney powder?
Start with 1 cup chutney powder and add about 1/2 cup water. Blend well, then adjust the water for your preferred consistency.
How should I store Lazzito products?
Keep the unopened pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, close the pack securely and keep moisture out.
How long do Lazzito products last after opening?
Always follow the best-before date printed on the pack. After opening, keep the product dry, sealed and cleanly handled for the best quality.
